simplified battle damage wanted

I wanted simplified battle damage for the game i'm working on. Something where attack power of an enemy or attack power of your character's equipped weapon would be the damage that is dealt.

No crits, attacks never miss, all other stats are not needed. The character would get stronger as they aquire new moves through levels or new weapons. Enemies would all do damage based on their attack power.

Any idea how i would go about doing this? Or does anyone know exactly which scripts i need to look at for modding?

not sure if this is possible as I just started with RGSS and RPG making, but maybe there is some other easy way to achieve my goal that i overlooked?

bump.

still need help figuring out what to edit in battler so that atk power = damage output.

also still need to know what to edit or remove to remove crits and remove "miss" occurances for both enemy and allies
