Simple HUD request

Wow, I haven't posted on this forum in AGES. Well, I recently (like today) got back into using RMXP, and I have a simple request.
Basically, what I would like is a small HUD in the upper left corner of the screen that displays the actor graphic, name, HP, and SP (in my game it's called Energy.)

Here's a mockup:

The HUD for actor 2 would be shown right next to the one for Actor 1 (not below it.) It would also be nice if the HUD could be turned on and off with a switch.

I hope that was enough information, and I'm not sure if something like this already exists. But thanks!
