What Syntax i use to call Baloons in RMVX by Script?.

$game_party.members[actor_id].balloon_id = bubble_id

You want to replace actor_id with the actors database index -1 (aka first actor is 0, 2nd is 1, and so on) and bubble_id with the id of your desired animation... should also start with 0.
