Shruikan

I'm looking for a way to make items that can only be used by one character, specifically, shruikan, like Shadow uses in FFVI. I can make items that damage enemies when used, but I'm looking for items that can only be used by one character, only when using his skills.

Is there a problem with assigning this character a class that can only use the shuriken? I'm not sure what you mean by only uses it when a skill selected? Do you mean that only one guy can use it and when its equipped he gains skills specific to the shuriken? There are scripts for this. I would search skill based weapons in the submitted script section.

Ok, here's what I want.

Character uses skill.
Chooses "Shruikan Toss"
Can choose from bought or found shurikan to toss and do damage to opponent.
Can only use as many shruikan as they have in their inventory.
Only one character can do this.

Like I said, if you know Shadow from FFVI, that's what I'm looking for.
