Show actors pictures when getting hit

Hi guys I would like to request a script for a default battle system on vx. What I would like to see as I think no one has attempted on it yet is to show the picture of actor/hero when getting hit by enemies. I think this would make it more simpler and easy to recognize as to who was getting hit and who's not.

Here is how the original battle system in vx looks like.
Heres how I wanted it to be and how the image of the hero was shown, I think you can make it more better than that ^_^ :box: .
