several script questions

Yeah, I've not even a deadline yet, but this is what I need to know:

As it's a solo project (at the moment), I want to know about the following:

Forcing more than one event to end once and for all at the EXACT same time, which is immediately followed by a caterpillar script to avoid confusion.

Editing the starter point so that ONLY Neo is there and nobody else.

How to have about 50 people move at once.

What exactly do you mean by "ending" an event? Do you want it to disappear until you return to the map ("Erase Event") or permanently? For the latter, you can turn on a switch in an event. Afterward, create a new page in every event you want ended, and check that switch in the Conditions box.

To edit the starting party, look under the "System" tab in the Database. It should be in the top-left. You can delete/add actors here.

To move 50 people, there isn't really an easy way (without scripting). You'll have to do it manually in an event, one by one. Use the "Set Move Route" command for every event-- copy-paste helps if they all have the same movement. They'll all move simultaneously, regardless of the order, as long as you don't put any "Wait" commands between.

Re: Forcing several events to "End" at the same time.

If by "End," you mean "Go to a page with no graphics and no functions," it's easy-- one switch. Have the empty page conditions for all these events be the same switch. No problem.

1) Why would you need an event to end more than once in a single use of the events?

2) Why woulod you need many events to end at the same time? (explain, this could help us help you).

You go to an event, then an event talks to you, it comes to you and then he joins your party, which would make the event un-readable again and he should follow youfrom that space. That's about as clear as I can get.
