Setting Tileset Transparencies

Hey guys, I recently came across a problem and because of this I decided to post this thread.  The issue is nothing big so I'm not going to elaborate on something that's trivial.

My problem is that I can't really find a way to provoke the transparencies option for separate tilesets when you import them into your material base.  All I want to know is if there is a way to go to that option either when you import at the exact moment or if there's another way that RMXP provides you to go to.  It's fairly simple, and I would really appreciate somebody's answer/opinion.

Usually things are imported in PNG, which is inherently transparent anywho. Or the color of one of the corner pixels as well.

I believe there is always a semi-transparent color as well. Usually full black (FFFFFF) if I remember correctly.

Yes...I know that Png allows transparencies settings and RMXP allows you to have access to set semi-transparent tiles in your tilesets, it's why RMXP is convenient to use.  Though back to the subject, I need access to the option where you are able to do all this.
