set hp loss attacks and spells

hey, does anyone know how to create either attacks or spells that delivers a set amount of damage, regardless of physical or magical defenses?

You can choose how much a skill is affected by Magical or Physical Defense-- those are some of the numbers that you can select in the skill's description.
