Separate Battle Commands

Does anybody have a script that allows different battle commands for separate party members?
Like: Member 1 has Black magic and member 2 has white magic...
It would also help if in some commands you had no sub menu... so if one player only had the steal ability you could just select the steal command and stel from one enemy with no skill selection window...

If i've made this a bit to complicated... shoot me
