Select MP used for spell [RGSS2]

Hello, I am requesting a script for RMVX that allows you to select the amount of MP used for certain spells (Of either a certain element or defined individual within the script). Essentially, the amount of MP used will factor into the potency of a spell, with some calculation that can hopefully easily be edited by the user. For example, if the player were to use all of his MP in one spell, it would most certainly be powerful, but (obviously) would drain all his MP.

As for the formula to damage, just make it anything you want, but try to make it so the user of the script can edit it so everyone who uses it can set the formula for themselves.

I would also like to request this feature, though it is optional (but desired): A min/max damage figure that can be set. For example, you can have it set that the spell power cannot exceed the players total MP or some other calculation.
