hello im new to this site and the concept of rmxp ive had it for about a week im on the free trial period and i need someone to teach me about scripting;

how to use it
how create my own
how to edit current scripts

im not asking for a miracle worker and im not a needy desperate noob i just want to get a basic understanding on scripting

The best advice that I can give you to begin with if you're serious is to read through the entire second half of the Help File carefully, then follow that up by reading the scripts themselves.
Once you get used to the syntax, it's really not any harder to read than events.  Learning what does what will be a matter of trial and error.  I recommend taking a copy of the script you want to experiment and placing it in Materials, then play around with small variables at first, seeing how minor changes effect the game in a test-play.

btw the script i want to tinker with is the basic format script the file comes with

I suck at scripting.. I editing is pretty easy..just play around with it.
