scripting pictures

i was told to ask here..

i was lookng for a script that controls a picture.
for ex.
i want to make the picture not move with the screen.

Unless I'm wrong, what you want is the pictures to stay put when you show them using events? There's a 'Fix Pictures on Map' script lying around somewhere here or on Creation Asylum. The name is not exact, but something to that effect.
