Script still exist?

Can someone make a script where the creator of the game (not the player) can control what happens in a special battle, I want this girl to attack me, but I dont want my party to attack back, and i want to display dialogue to possibly. (Think final fantasy 6, where
terra first casts magic.)

It be nice if you werent such a big douche about it and followed the rules.

for what an script? just make it with events on the troops tab.
You can easly make "battle cut scenes", just set the event to happen on the turn 0.
