He's basically saying that you should change the scripts class' to their own, take the RTAB one for example:

class Scene_Battle

into

class Scene_Battle_RTAB

if you do this for each class definition in the scripts, and change the default scripts to use the edited scripts, you won't have any conflicts.
Anyhoo, it's a lot of work, and would probably require quite some editing. Good luck.

I'm sorry. I still don't know what you both mean. Well, I know what you guys mean by creating a new class, but not what you mean by

change the default scripts to use the edited scripts

I've only just begun scripting with battlesystems.

The default scripts are the scripts you get when you click "New project" in RMXP.
Of course, you might have already edited them, but these are the ones you need to change.
