Script Errors and Conflicts help?

I've run into a problem trying to implement several scripts. I am using DerVVulfman's Limit Break script and can not seem to get it to actually work... The limit break bar simply does not fill despite my having it set to fill on attack which the character is definitely doing. Please look at my screenshot and see if you think any of my scripts would conflict to cause this problem.
