Screwed up battle menu, can someone help me?

I'm using the Rye starter pack 0.6

And for some reason in battle the little menu thing that says attack defend etc etc gets lower for each persons turn.

Does anybody know what I have to do to fix this?

Maybe it's made this way? It looks that way; otherwise I can't see why the command window would be lowered on purpose.

I'm pretty sure that that wasn't done on purpose, why the hell would you want to do that? Besides whether it was done on purpose or not isn't the point I want to know how to change it.

I think it's pointing out to the player whose turn it is.

Come on that's kinda ridiculous, and once again I don't CARE if it's suppposed to be like that I want to CHANGE it! If anybody knows how.

1) Not ridiculous. It was designed that way, as Etheon pointed out, to indicate which actor is being controlled.

2) Look at line 188 in BattleStatus Mod (DBS)
