Hey,whatd' ya think of these, took me couple of hours to make these but from what my friends say they love them!

But they arnt game developers so i wanna now the good and bad points....

I see a lot of RTP battlers on backgrounds done with simple Photoshop filtering and not a lot of explanation as to their purpose.

What are the categories for? Elemental magic? Personality? Teams?

Where will these screens be used? In-game? On the forums?

they are for at the start of the game when you have to choose from them groups of people to join your team....

basically you free which ever one from prision cell's

and they are used in game ^_^

You just contradicted yourself by claiming that they were RTP and then giving those links.

Just going by what they're called in the actual thread. Probably more accurate to say they're made by the same people that did the RTP.

Since we're bound to get plenty of requests for things like Mack's RTP template and Naramura battlers, and not everyone keeps track of all the RTPers, I'm working to compile a list of their sites. Feel free to post a link and I'll check it out and add it to the list. Also, the names of some of the artists are a little unclear, and if you can find the correct names for them, please lemme know.

..... in my personal opinion they aren't very professional looking... seems like you just made some random background, slapped on some battlers and added some text.. no offense but what exactly is going to be eye catching about these? And some of those names are really horrible attempts at matching the element (I mean Chrono for time.. haven't we seen that somewhere before...) Anyways I do hope you keep trying, and eventually your skill may perhaps improve.

they seem to be placed in just random positions on random backrounds with random location for the text. Id say line everything up evenly (characters and text) and than take more time on each background using brushes, filters, and keep playing around with them until you get something that looks nice.

The names for the characters are also wierd, like Johnny said.
I mean really, CARNAGE and VAN, ,sound more dark than light in my opinion.
And why arnt Essabar and Kashatria in the same category? They both look evil and emotion doesnt really make any sence to me at all. Are they going to cry the enemies to death? Or will they get incredibly angry for no good reason and beat the hell out of them? Im pretty confused.

and with the chara names they are my choice they mean something to me and my friends who im making the game for......

the emotion thing it isnt jus crying stupd

emotion has power.......

jus some poeple wouldnt get....

and anyone have any better ways of doing it and making it look alot better....

I mean, you asked for critique, people gave it too you. That's the whole point of Resource Analysis. You shouldn't call people stupid, as emotion is An intense mental state that arises subjectively rather than through conscious effort and is often accompanied by physiological changes., which would fall under the category of crying or uncontrolled rage.

Also, are Seegan and Shadow the same? Because, there battlers are exactly the same, just different views.

ye they the same but i am trying to fix that, i didnt have the chara set i wanted with them but i mighta fixed it now....
