Screen Tone Areas

Just like encounter areas... but for Screen Tone!

Why would you need this? Take Mack's Inner/Outer tilesets. Now create a night scene... the inside of houses should be lighter than the outside. Escpecially if you have electric lights. (Or magic ones :D)

Thanks to anyone who can do this, I'm sure others will find it usefull.
