Run the Game without your RPG maker installed?

hey guys how can i make my game run solo without my friends using RPG maker XP? you know just running the game? is that even necessary? how do i make my game run without RPG maker installed? it always pops-up an error...or i really need to have RPG maker installed? really need your reply...A.S.A.P.

thakns brew i'll test it later on i tried sending the RGSS file but it still was looking for the RTP standards

That's the "Turn off the RTP" bit.

I should probably include the error messages that occur if you miss something. That would be helpful, I think.

You could just include the RTP with the download.

Put the game and the RTP into the .zip file, then make a help.txt or something telling them to install RTP first.

That's the lazy way of doing it  ;D

Yes, you could also copy the entire contents of the RTP into your game folder, then turn the RTP off.
But both of these solutions makes the ZIP file much larger than it needs to be by included all of the
unused resources.

Include rgss102e.dll in the same folder as the game's executable (Game.exe). You can find it on your hard drive if you have RMXP, or you can find it with a Google search. Not sure if I'd get in trouble for posting the d/l here, so PM if you need help.

well i didn't like the way of including the RTP itself in the game archive it eats a lot of size instead of just testing the game you still need it... thanks for the help im still trying to do it :D
