Rules for advertising

Can i post/advertise my game in this forum if it is not made using RPG maker XP, but uses all the resources ?

I thought this was about advertising sites (from the look of the title.) But if you're looking to post your game that was made using another program besides RPG Maker, I think the Game Creation forum is the place to go. It's a subforum of Design & Development.

EDIT: Firstly, you don't advertise, and secondly if you're gonna tell people about it in this forum put it in design-development/game creation
