RPGMakerXP cannot activate after new OS install

Hello,

I purchased RMXP a little while back and installed it on my desktop PC and laptop. I have now upgraded the motherboard of my desktop and installed a new OS. I cannot get an activation code for RMXP, it complains that the program is "already registered". Does anybody know what I can do here? Who I can contact, etc? I have no interest whatsoever in piracy.
