RPGMaker VX sound low quality?

I'm wondering. My RGSS2 from RMVX has a lot of sound effects that has a noise in the background, like Blow6.wav. Why is this? I would imagine that they would have at least cleaned up their sound files. >_> Or is it my computer? (Which I highly doubt because I don't have this with other files and such.)

I don't really hear anything special on my end... Sorry, but I think the problem might exclusively be you, or else other people would've brought it up by now. The good news is that if it's exclusively your problem, other people won't be bothered when playing your game.

A guy posted a vid on youtube claiming that vx has bad sound compared to xp. HOWEVER your sound card will always effect midi files and make them sound different vs another computer using a different card.

Actually, I'm not sure it's a problem with my computer. =/ I'm talking about the oggs SE. RMVX has sounds from XP and other RMs. Some (the ones from RMXP, like "Book") don't have a noise. Others (old ones from RM2k~RM2k3) like the Blows do have a noise. If you put the sound on loudly with no other sounds you can hear it maybe?
