rpgmaker build errors

Hey. I dont know what the problem is. When i build an encrypted RPGXP project, it builds 100% fine, but when I extract it, it tends to always fail on my Graphic Directory. Anyone ever have this problem or know why it would fail just on my graphics directory? I use some big graphics, maybe its the file size? Or maybe hidden files that i dont see? I know when I do a build it always displays the Extraction Exe but then always shows a exe that is usually labeled "Test" and says 002 file.
I have the legal version of RPGXP so no clue why i am seeing this.


Any help would be great!

You have a corrupt graphics file.  You'll need to find out what one it is before you can complete the compression process.

Define Corrupt. Is there certain parameters that RPGXP can't handle to do builds?

One of your graphics files is fucked up.  Start by moving your graphics folder to someplace else and do alternating compile/add one resource until you find out what file is messed up.  Then it is only a matter of replacing that file.

If i say have a graphic in the directory, but its not in the materialsbase, would that cause the error?

Yeah, im actually investing in a better computer to do faster builds for this and my modding. Nice quadcore 4 gigs of ram system and use my current system for a dedicated server my online rpg.. Thanks for the feedback all.

Found the problem, even though my graphic had no probs, i found the root of the error. Rpgmaker doesnt like it, if your audio files have too big of a title in them, i had one around 32 characters long, guess it doesnt like long naming extensions.
