RPG MAker XP Working offline?

Hi guys, little question, been playing with RPG Maker XP tiral version. But it wont work on my laptop when I'm not on the internet, I did some research and I see that this is to check my trial and all. If I pay for the registered version, will I still need to be online for the program to start up? My laptop is not always on the internet. It seems like a simple question but I couldnt find an answer anywhere.

I have a Lapotop too and I'm not always online,but my registered version of the RMXP is functioning. I don't know how it is with the trial version, because I was always online while I had the trial...

Sorry for my bad English, but I'm a native German speaker and I only can speak the school English. And not very well...

You will need to be online when registering the program. Otherwise you don't have to be. I'm offline quite often, and it launches just fine. Not sure about the trial version, though, as I never actually used it without being online.

The trial version you only need to be online ONCE... that's so that it can put a timer on it. after that it should work fine... just run on over to your library for a sec...
