RPG Maker VX Charset Size Issue...Help!

Ok so I have this charset of a blue phoenix that is absolutely critical to my game, unfortunately everytime I go to add this as the graphic for an event the Event Grphic chooser only highlights about 1/6 of the frame instead of the whole thing...

Have you tried renaming it "$phoenix" or anything?
Sounds like you're using a single character sprite, for that you need to put "$" in front of the name.
That lets the program know you're using just one character on that image.
