Rotating Status Icon

I know there is a script for making a character's "state" an icon, but is there anyway to make it a rotating icon?

That is, every 1-3 seconds or so, the icon rotates between all the status effects on a character. This would not only reduce space on the status window, but would also look pretty good aswell.

I would need this to be compatible with Animated Battlers, but tell me if this will be incompatible with anything.
