Rotated Wall, for house!?

Im sorry, this is probably a very noobish question... but like when i make a house
on the outside..
i make like the roof with the premade roof and the front wall,
but how do i make like a rotated wall, for the sides of the house..
ill explain more if you dont understand!!

is there any way to like fine tune while moving an object or wall?
like say i moving a wall, and i want to move it beside a tree and for smoe reason its not letting me, like is there a shortcut to let me fine tune moving stuff?
