Robosapien V2 in stock?

I have been looking for one..EVERYWHERE. I called:

Walmart, Toys 'R' Us, Target, Best Buy, Circuit City...

Nobody had it. I would order it online, but Amazon takes it FOREVER for them to be shipped. I ordered the Roboquad from Amazon, and it isn't gonna be shipped until THE 14th.

Do you know any stores in USA (Florida) and where I can go to the store and buy it.

Well, I live in FL, and the last time I was at Walgreens I passed by the toy aisle and noticed RoboSapien. I think it was v2. That's the bigger one, right?

Anyway, you can call around to drug stores and ask. Those're usually the last places toy collectors hit up ...

Oh yeah! I remember the Tamagotchi run. When I was like, 10, I couldn't find one anywhere. I went to CVS and they had it. :3

The V2 is the bigger one. 3 feet, I think. And, I don't mind if you don't wanna say, but what area in FL?

Man Robosapien is the coolest thing ever. I remember when the first one came out my girlfriend's little brother got it for Christmas and I was so fucking jealous.

I think they are childish and nothing special as they don't really demonstrate artificial intelligence. I didn't expect so many people to like them really. The Roboraptor looked sweet though, if they invent a robofox then i'll have to get one of those.

I just wanted a robot monster to control around the house and scare my cats. I don't care how artificially intelligent it is XD. Plus, I like Jurassic Park's (albeit inaccurate) depiction of velociraptors.

There is actually freeware out there that you can somehow install into Wowee robots to make them do silly things. There's one for the RoboSapien in particular which makes him dance like crazy or do some pretty funny actions:

Oh wow. We even tried to order from Wowwee, and shipping is almost more then the Robosapien V2. 

Have you ever seen the ChainOsapien? Somebody made an arm a chainsaw..:P

Xilef, are you sure you want tiny intelligent robots running around your house? It might decide that it is essential to its programming to, um, eat your face while you sleep.

Iunno, I don't usually expect sophisticated AI in plastic toys. Being able to pilot a tiny robot around a house is plenty fun, I say. If I had one, and if I cared to learn the controls (and took up living in a house with more hardwood flooring,) I have no doubt that my Robotman and I would go on the grandest adventures.

I'd probably give him a vocoder so he could say rude things to strangers. How I'd wire that all up, though, is another question for another time, and electrocution be damned!

Wait, wait. A chainsaw Robosapien?

Now I have to get one, just so I can make it my goal over the next six years to transform him into a metal gigas worthy of the name "Robotman."
