Follow Emily and I in our adventures through Minecraft!
Overview
Episodes 1 to 6 are going through the first stages of building up a little base of operations, getting a source of food and lightly exploring the surrounding terrain. Episode 7 starts off being a bit more interesting when Emily joins and we set up a little commentary duo through the wonders of streaming. There's really nothing all too unique about the series yet apart from the fantastical beautiful generated terrain, but we do plan on experimenting more with conveying our personal journeys through the multiplayer mode once Notch irons out the bugs.

Episode 01 - "The fledgling Adventurer."
Description: I take some of my (nearly) first steps into the wonderful world of Minecraft. With just my fists and intelligence I slowly build up a wide array of tools to help me conquer the surrounding land and build up my base of operations.

Episode 02 - "Oh Bugger."
Description: After mumbling into my microphone about possible design choices for a while, I decide to go out into the wide world to find wood. Along the way I get distracted by just about everything there is within a quarter-mile radius and end up at the bottom of a cave screaming like a little girl.

Episode 03 - "Indecisive farm designing."
Description: My complete lack of food and pig spawns drives me to start branching off into the wonderful world of agriculture. With some help from the Wiki, some pointers from a couple of friends and a complete lack of any plan what-so-ever, I decide to embark on designing a self-sufficient irrigated farming area. Unfortunately, I don't even know how the irrigation system works nor how I'm supposed to get my crops growing.

Episode 04 - "Death through stupidity."
Description: After getting outsmarted by a cow I'm forced to do some quick re-designing of my little farm. I go for an adventure, find a nest of spiders, create a bow and set of arrows and learn the importance of actually watching my health and eating to restore it.

Episode 05 - "Zombie invasion."
Description: I spruce up the ol' home with some pretty pictures and continue with my hoarding of all the natural resources I find. I finally decide to start using up my steel bars to build up a nice array of stronger tools. Very useful for the newly planned mine shaft. I also start playing with magma and end up walking away with a bucket of the stuff. As you do. Oh, and there's a zombie invasion.

Episode 06 - "Delicious iron."
Description: Continuing on with the zombie invasion I walk back down and loot my dead body for all the items I lost. After taking a call I eat, gear up and head back into the scary dungeon, collecting magma and mining some more delicious iron.

Episode 07 - "Emily joins the team."
Description: Today we start an experiment with 2-person commentary. Instead of simply droning on about the game myself, I'm actually streaming the footage to Emily live through Skype so we can discuss what's going on together! Hopefully it should work out okay and will probably progress to us playing multiplayer together once the new bug fixes come out.

Episode 08 - "Struggling with doors."
Description: Continuing on from the last session (and editing out about 8 minutes of footage of me just walking back home from the cave) we start using our iron to create a more secure door! With the power of switches we delve into the fantastic concept of automatic doorways and we ponder the implications of introducing farm animals to said door system. Oh, and we make some bread!

Episode 09 - "Farming, spiders and more switches."
Description: The final episode of this play session sees our intrepid young character venturing out to deal with spiders and skeletons with his amazing sword & bow skills. Braving the scary wilderness at night, he fearlessly cuts down some trees then goes back to mess around with the switches some more before giving up.

Episode 10 - "Unnecessary Risks."
Description: After the encoder I usually use decided to break this morning, I decided to swap out for a new editing suite which exported as MPEG-4 AVC. This is the result. It also opens up a lot more possibilities for more advanced editing, so we'll see where that goes. In this episode Emily and I begin work on a fabulous new house. I run around screaming like a girl whilst she tells me how stupid I am.

Episode 11 - "1, 2, 3, 4, Door."
Description: Battling forth on our quest to build a house, I end up getting attacked by all kinds of horrible beasties as I try and cut down a couple of measly trees. I also prove to Emily that when I said 'I'm good at falling in holes', it wasn't a euphemism.

Episode 12 - "The completed cabin."
Description: Unaffected by my demoralising failures so far, I carry on to finish the fabulous new cabin! Along the way we meet the occasional 'technical difficulty' which is pretty much just a term which we use for explaining anything which requires us to stop recording, up to and including toilet breaks.

Episode 13 - "Home improvements."
Description: With Emily's amazing skills at always being right about design choices and my amazing skills at ignoring her advice, we slowly start improving up the cabin to feel much more like a home. As the night progresses, we slowly get more and more immature with our euphemisms. Believe me, the next few episodes are not high brow.

Episode 14 - "Forest fires."
Description: Trusting me with fire is a very, very silly thing to do. Emily decided to recommend that I get into the habit of setting the leaves of cut trees on fire. My God was that a bad mistake. We do make a beef barbecue though!

Episode 15 - "The Love Cabin."
Description: We name our new house. The Love Cabin is a cabin of love, and my God it's got a lot of love to give! Emily and I get much more silly with our euphemisms. We make a sand mine with a nice entrance and Emily continues to boss me about.

Episode 16 - "Grand designs."
Description: The Love Cabin finally starts looking like a real house, I fill in the holes I've been constantly falling down, we add a sky-light to the roof and we begin planning the Love Dungeon. Oh, and we reminisce about our old game development & trolling days. I'm glad to say we've actually got some real inside jokes this time around!

Episode 17 - "The Love Dungeon.."
Description: Emily and I discuss just how far we can go with our euphemisms without getting our videos removed from Youtube before we've even got a presence on it. We dig out a huge hole under the house and start building up the basics of what we've come to call the 'Love Dungeon'.
