[RMXP] Reinstalled RMXP due to format now my old projects cannot access the RTP

The title says it all pretty much, I had to reinstall RMXP a few days ago due to a format for some new hardware, but now when I put the project back into the project forlder and open it in RMXP I cannot seem to access the RTP. Every autotile from the RTP seems blank untill I copy it to the game folder.

I replaced the game.exe, and the .ini file and the other file in the directory, now I can at least play the game but when I try to access the rtp resources in the builder it seems to be impossible.

Try selecting in the RMXP editor Game > Select RTP, then select "Standard" for RTP 1. The other thing you could try doing is importing all of the RTP resources you think you would need using the Importer tool in RMXP (you will need to do that anyway if you want non-RMXP users to be able to play your game without installing the RTP). If you import the resources, they should automatically appear as normal again as long as you keep the names the same as they were before.
