Now that is quite good. Thats the kind of thing you'd need.
Anyway, to answer Shadow's orginal question, it worked like this:
-A server runs the shoutcast setup (last summer it was on my PC as it was only for an afternoon).
-Users use SAM Broadcasting, or an alternative, to connect with the details, which they are only given once they publicly announce they will DJ for a slot.
-The password changes every 24hours.
-The DJs may then play whatever they want or do whatever they want. When no DJs are on, the Shoutcast Auto DJ plugin is activated to play low bandwith requiring "Muzak" or midi files (given it's an RMXP radio, probably RMXP midis then).
