RMXP Problems

Okay, my computer broke, so I lost all of my RMXP and game data and whatever, so theres no more game.

The only way to fix it is a format, which would loose all this.

I paid for RMXP from the website.

Does this mean I'll have to pay again for another copy or can I get a new copy from them somehow by telling them my horrible story and proving I bought the copy of it ?

Just a question.

Isn't the activation code send to your email? I'm not sure because it's been a while. But i've reinstalled RMXP a couple times and have had no problem reactivating via the code they emailed me.

I've deleted the email since then, it was a few years ago, so umm, am I screwed now ?

You might have to contact Enterbrain. Maybe they can find it for you if you can prove you bought it somehow.

I had the same exact problem, I gave them my information because I had lost the activation code, and they sent me a brand new activation code because my name and information was listed in their servers.
