RMXP Importing Tilesets?

Why when I import a tileset can't I use it? When I import it it has a little red icon next to it. When I go to map properties, it isn't in the list and I really don't know why.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have to add the tileset in the database. Choose tilesets, then change maximum and add 1. Now in the new tileset slot you have to use your new tileset as the graphic. Set priorities and passability and you are ready to use it.
