[RMXP]Folders inside the Pictures folder.

I have achieved to call a graphic inside a folder in the Graphics/Pictures folder by scripting.
My doubt is, if I encrypt the game, will the game still be able to call the graphic from the folder inside
the Graphics folder? The graphic is in Graphics/Pictures/Folder

Yes, it will work fine, so long as you do it through RPG::Cache.

(I.e. RPG::Cache.picture("filename"), rather than directly specifying the path)
