[RMVX] Walk-out party members and party-dependent message face

Okay, so I have a part in my game where the party members are supposed to walk out of the player's location, and the dialogue and face graphics depend on who's in the party and in what position. I've already got how to make the party members come out of the player's character: create three graphicless events--one each for members two, three, and four--and teleport them to the player's location, then have them walk out into the open. However, as for changing the graphics to those of the afformentioned party members, as well as setting a message's face to a set party member's, I'm clueless.

How do I change an event's graphic to that of a party member, and set a message's face graphic to that of a party member?
 
I suppose so...but that wouldn't work if the character's sprite changes depending on the situation. I'm just wondering if there's an easier way to do it...and how to change a message's face to match a party member's face.

I'm curious to this too, but since i am still early into development I will use the conditional branch I guess.

It's mostly for computer's in which one PC can read them and another cannot. So I want to change the face-

"I cannot understand this language."

to a different actor "The text reads as follows etc etc."

Any thoughts / ideas?
