I made this from Scratch, in Photoshop.
You can use without credit, but it would be nice to recieve some.

Looks great!  What's with the strange format for the skin, though, and the pixelated noise where the bottom row of cursors should be?

I'd like to know waht system your using in that screen shot. But it is a very good WS, aside from the wierd bottom row...

Sorry, put the wrong word in, its RMVX! not RMXP, that noise is texture placed over the Windowskin's Parchment Paper Area.

You should get rid of the scanlines and make some burn marks or something to give a more parchment feel.

Anyways, 9/10 looks nice!

Theres already burn lines :lol:
I just kept it because it gives a slight classic look. :grin:
