well the hair don't really work out...

The colour is way to shifting to make it look natural..
get what I mean ?

But It's a nice try for first time

I dont think so. You should add a transition from the black to the blue.

im assuming what you wanted was dark blue hair? start with your darkest blue (navy or something close) and then, when you want to move onto your next, go a few shades lighter. but you shouldnt be using as many colors as you have, the most ive ever used is like 5...

C'mon guys, Let him carry on, if you ask me, it could become a new style.. Making the RTP Characters look more real ,I think it looks good, Now if only you could make a costume that would suit it.

There's a lack of any real shading, at least on my screen. It looks more like a transition of colors rather than shading of areas.
