Resources Okay to Use?

I know in the past, these mini battlers created by Mack were not to be used, nor linked to.  However, he's displaying them on his resource page now, and I see nothing that says to leave them be.  Are we allowed to use these graphics now?  Has anyone seen anything that clarifies?

Yes, you are allowed to use it, now that is on his material section!
