Resource Sites?

I can't remember the name, but there was a site(I believe a Japanese one) that offered anime styled battlers of the rtp characters, as well as custom ones(with character sets) and such. Does anyone know what the site is, or have the battlers/characters I'm talking about?

Unfortunately, the site is down, and has been for some time. If you can locate the original URL with a google search, you can actually find a viable copy of the site, including downloads, located at http://www.archive.org. (I know this because I did the same thing a month or so ago)
