Ok Im making a game for my website as a publicity kinda thing...But I need to know to play the game do they have to have RPGMakerVX or XP?

unless you include all the graphics and such that comes with rmxp or vx then yes they need it. best way is to export any rtp data you use to its proper folders as you are making you game. this way you dont forget anything.
