[Resolved] Ringmenu -> events overlap windows...

I am currently implementing the game environment etc. and came across the ringmenu script, which seems to be floating around the internet like hell. Now the problem is the following:

When I open up a window from the ringmenu (e.g. status), any events placed on the map are overlapping the window.

This is what happens (note that the door, the player and the guards are overlapping):

Can anybody help me with this?

P.S.: Same happens to the menu itself - the icons are being hidden behind any events in their way...

Seems to be an issue with the "Mode 7" script...
 
Forgot to post it, yeah :/ Next time I'll do that. Thank you.

Solved the problem - for anyone who has the same issue...it's a bug in the 'old' Mode 7 script. I tried the new one found on this board and it worked.
