Resolved - mods can close this

This is a pretty simple one. Unfortunately, I can't script, so it's not so simple for me...

I need to know how to change the frame rate using a script. That's it, really. I've (cluelessly) tried

$Graphics.frame_rate = 10

and similar things, but they don't work. Could someone please help me? I think it's just to do with syntax or something. I'm a spriter, not a scripter, so I do need help.
