[Resolved]A sudden and unexpected issue with fogs

This is strange, I've inserted fogs a million times and I've never had a problem that wasn't a mistake of mine. however, now I come to this one map in my game that will not show the fog and I can't figure out why.

The fogs:

night fog

The events:

Hmmmm, it works for me. It's not very efficient since you are resetting the fog every frame with "parallel process", but it should still work.

Do you have an anti-lag script? If your event is off the screen it wouldn't process. Try walking near the event or testing it on a 15x20 map.

It's just a background fog, nothing is supposed to trigger it expect the player being on that map. I'm using the 20 wide x 15 high map setting if that's what you mean, and I really don't know any other way but parallel process to make it work.

While I still haven't figured it out I thank you for the support.

There must be something else going on that you haven't shown. If you want to compress & upload a demo of your game, I'll take a look.

Usually when you want to do a 1 time event (turn on a picture or fog) with a parallel process, you would use a self-switch to prevent that page from processing again. Aftter turning on the fog, set self-switch A to ON. Then on the next page check the Condition, "Self-Switch A is ON", and don't do anything.

Be Well

Welp, thanks again and I'm still confused as all hell but now it's working ... I have no idea why it wasn't and I made no changes to the thing at all since the time I made the first post. Thanks again for the help, and I'm really sorry that it was a weird thing like this.
