[Resoleved] Help needed...related to the new RPGMKXP

I'm currently using the RPG Maker XP Postailty Knight Edition Enhanced':| , and I want info how to put faces/sprite and names in messages. I tried using the

\nm and \p, They said I needed to change somthing in the script, But I can't find the somthing

And also...I don't know which message script system I'm using (you know, like UMS,etc)

When I tried UMS it says that It cannot be read due to incompatibility.
