This is what the RE movies should have been like in the first place. But yeah.

All that's known so far is that Claire Redfield is the main character, that the movie is supposed to be a prequel to RE5, and that it's supposed to reveal a bit about the BSAA's going ons. This would mean it'll probably explain what is happening in Haiti while Chris Redfield is there.

Edit:Also, I forgot to add that Leon S. Kennedy makes an appearance as a main character as well. His role is currently unknown.

The movie looks, but the trailer sucks....  it cuts to black WAY too much and has WAY too many quick scenes.  They need to come out with a better trailer.  One that tells a little about what is going on.

Well, you can kinda tell what's going on if you knew the stories of the other RE games. So that's not too difficult.

Not a fake, just an animated version.  Looks cool.  They can take a lot more liberties with the story and the action.  Hopefully it will be good.

I just hope this clears up any confusion about which RE2 is canon. I'm sick of people spouting "Leon A and Claire B is right!" or vice versa, since there's no solid evidence towards one end or the other. That being said, I really do hope this'll explain how the plagas parasites together with the T-Virus/G-Virus affect people and animals.

One thing I wanna know is what happened to Sherry? She pretty much dissapeared from the face of the RE Universe, save for a few files in RE:CVX, RE4, and RE:UC that talk about her being under Wesker's custody. Also, I WANT TO SEE BARRY GET HIS JILL SANDWHICH.
