requesting a timed hit or legend of dragoon attacking script

Can someone make a timed hit or Legend of Dragoon like attacking with the squares in the center of the screen and everything, but its not needed for someone to yell out a name at the end, though. If some is a good scripter but doesn't know what I mean, I have a video that shows the attacking.
