Request for Simple Projectile System (RGSS)

Simple Projectile System (RGSS)

The system I have in mind is like a light version of an ABS. More or less, I would like the player to be able to press a button to "fire" a projectile in the direction they are facing. However, upon impact with an enemy or other target, no damage to HP or other stats would occur. The collision would simply serve as a trigger for other events. This would probably be implemented by putting a Script Conditional Branch in a Parallel Process section of the object that you wish you react to "being shot", and then have the results of being shot listed within the Conditional Branch's effects. This would create a flexible system that could be used not just for basic gunplay, but for other game elements as well.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Compatible with RGSS (RPG Maker XP)
-"Shooting" is done via button input.
-Must be able to run alongside Monsta's Radius Skript (http://www.arpgmaker.com/viewtopic.php?t=45126.0, Near Fantastica/SephirothSpawn's View Range Script (http://www.arpgmaker.com/viewtopic.php?f=155&t=62830&hilit=view+range), and Synthesize's Ammo Requirements script (http://www.rpgrevolution.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=6527).

IF POSSIBLE:

-Integration with Syn's Ammo Requirements script (this would be cool but not necessary).

Thanks for taking the time to read this. As for why I need this script, I am making a demo of a stealth/firearms based RPG, and this is the final script implementation I will need to get the game into the development phase.
