Final Fantasy X Weapon and Armor System

Detailed Description:
I need a script that would give weapons and Armors abilities such as in Final Fantasy X where weapons and Armors would have abilities like Magic + 3%, Poison Touch, HP + 10%, Break damage Limit, Break Hp limit, Mp limit, Silence proof. You get it right. Also, if possible, the ability to customize weapons like in FFX.
Other Scripts I am using (in order):
I'm using the SDK and also a script for allowing Weapons to break damage limit, HP limits and SP limits.
