So basically, you want it to have the same sprite position 4 times in a row? Like if there is no animation to it?

I think they want the sprite to look as if it were breathing...
If you look closer the second pic changes Very slightly.

Edit: Based on the second pic... Tell me if this is OK.

The second row from the top...there is a small black box on the sprites head.
