i Need an EquipmentThat can make counter attack Skill

Example:
Shield A:Can Counter 50% Attack With 100% Power
Shield B:Can Counter 100% Attack With 200% Power
Monster A Can Counter Attack 100 %

it really nice if someone can make a demo also..

i already found it in this site but its diffrent from my request & i dont understand How to change it
